Refund & Returns Policy
Returns/Refund/Exchange all possible if:
- Product delivered to you is damaged.
- Product delivered to you is not your desired product.
- Product delivered to you is not appropriate.
Order Cancellations:
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the product in order to return it.
Returns:
Once our product is delivered to you, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@theflexshop.com We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you want to opt for refund of the product you may wait until 2 weeks to have your amount back. Incase of wrong product delivered to you, we will immediately process to exchange it on your request and the next delivery may take 7 days to reach out to you.
General:
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
