Good but a little bit hard
The delivery usually takes 3-5 days for ready stock items. For customised product the delivery may take 7-10 days, This is because weā€™re in a printing business and we need to ensure that the final printed product is perfect and without flaws. This allows us to re-print any faulty products with the new batch and ship them within the time frame mentioned.

Returns/Refund/Exchange all possible if:

  1. Product delivered to you is damaged.
  2. Product delivered to you is not your desired product.
  3. Product delivered to you is not appropriate.

Order Cancellations:

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the product in order to return it.

Returns:

Once our product is delivered to you, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping:

To initiate a return, please email us atĀ support@theflexshop.comĀ We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
